History: Skyler never met her dad, truth be told she doesn't want to, he walked out on her family a few weeks before she born. He walked out of her life and she didn't care if he ever wanted back, Skyler spent alot of time at her aunt's as her mum had to work alot to pay for food and other privlidges. Her aunt's place is filled with books which was what got her into reading. She loves reading. She was born a few years after the second war had ended,for which she is greatful, she didn't want to be around in a war, she wished her family hadn't either.
Personalilty: Skyler has a fun easy going attitude, she loves to just let go of everything and relax and hang out with freinds, She is smart and perceptive. Noticing things that are hidden or in a different shape, her mum has no clue where that gift comes from because no-one in her family had it. While at school she had freinds in all four houses, (yes Including Slytherin shocking I know) She loved to learn but would put her freinds before her need to learn. She can be a firm teacher but is freindly and gets along well with younger students.
School Life: Skyler always wanted to teach at Hogwarts, as a Transfig teacher ever since she first walked into her first class. She was a O students in both her Owls and her Newts and the teacher would sometimes get her to explain things to the younger students (when she had a free period) The students would listen to her and take heed in what she was sayig not tune out, it had soemthing to do with the fact that she was still a student and knew that some ways of teaching could be dead boring, so she taught in a way that gained everyone's attension. She is a Hufflepuff, and a clumsy one at that, though she didn't have any problems with the other houses. she had a few close freinds in Slytherin.
When did they get apointed this teaching job: She was asked to be a student teacher at the same time they got Teddy to be assistant teacher for DADA, (Scor's 6th year) Near the begining.

Skyler smiled to herself when she found out that she had been granted to furthur her teaching studies at Hogwarts, Apparently the teacher who taught Transfig was retierigng at the end of the year. Skyler was delighted to know if she performed up to scratch the Headmistress would consider giving her the position. Skyler had always wanted to teach at Hogwarts, it was a ambition she'd had since her first Transfig class. Then she realised with a slight smile that the sixth and seventh year students had been there in her last years. She hadn't conversed much with the younger ones but there were a few names she knew. The letter also added that an assistant teacher for DADA had been apointed and that they would start teaching at the same time. Teddy Lupin, he had been in her house but a few years above so they hadn't really talked much. But it was good to have someone around her age, the students were younger (and she prfessered to talk to people her age and a few years older) but theother professors would be too old. Skyler smiled again and stood up to pack her things.
